Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

  • Domestic (United States): All retail orders within the U.S. ship free via FedEx, UPS, LaserShip, OnTrac, USPS, or similar carriers. Delivery time is typically 3-6 business days. Wholesale orders will be shipped via the most cost-effective carrier (FedEx, USPS, or truck). We ship to all U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • International / Worldwide: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on the destination country or region. Duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage or customs fees are not included in checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

  • Warehouse & Fulfillment: Orders are fulfilled from multiple warehouses across the U.S. to help speed up delivery and reduce carbon footprint. Your items may ship from more than one warehouse, which could result in multiple packages.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of date of delivery for a refund (credited back to the original form of payment).

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging. Returns received after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Sale or promo code items and gift cards are final sale. Promo codes cannot be applied after an order is completed.

  • Cancellations & Modifications: Once an order is received (i.e. after you place the order), we are unable to cancel or modify it.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly encourage using a trackable method (and purchasing insurance if available). We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process back to the original method of payment.
