Every GAURI KOHLI object is prepared and packed with close attention to its material, form, and finish. The guidance below outlines shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds for orders placed through gaurikohli.com within the United States.

SHIPPING

Complimentary standard shipping is offered on all orders delivered within the United States.

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 4–7 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking & Split Shipments

Tracking information will be shared by email once your order has shipped.

Larger orders or orders containing multiple pieces may arrive in separate shipments. This allows each object to be packed appropriately and delivered with greater care.

Packaging

Each object is carefully packed to help protect its material, surface, and finish in transit. Please retain the original packaging until you have inspected your order.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter fulfillment shortly after they are placed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact care@gaurikohli.com as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

RETURNS

We want you to feel confident in every GAURI KOHLI purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

To begin a return, please email care@gaurikohli.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions.

Please do not send an item back without first contacting us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, an item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
Returned with all tags, components, and protective materials intact
Securely packed in its original packaging

Returns that are incomplete, used, altered, or damaged because of insufficient return packaging may not be accepted.

Natural Materials & Handcrafted Variation

Many GAURI KOHLI objects are handcrafted from natural materials. Variations in veining, tone, texture, pattern, and finish are inherent to these materials and make each piece distinctive. Such variations are not considered defects.

Eligible pieces may nevertheless be returned within the stated return period if they do not suit your space.

RETURN SHIPPING

For every eligible return within the United States, GAURI KOHLI will provide a complimentary prepaid return label.

Please pack the item securely using its original packaging and protective materials. We are unable to accept responsibility for damage caused by insufficient return packaging.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently process direct exchanges.

If you would prefer another piece, color, or size, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately. This ensures that your preferred selection is not delayed or reserved against uncertain availability.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact care@gaurikohli.com promptly.

Include your order number and clear photographs of:

The affected item
The exterior and interior packaging
The shipping label

Please retain the item and all original packaging until our team has reviewed the claim. We will assess the matter and arrange the appropriate resolution.

REFUNDS

Once a return has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
