At GAURI KOHLI, each piece is handled with care—from the moment it leaves our warehouse to its arrival at your door. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery timelines, returns, and what to expect when ordering from us.

Delivery

Within the United States

All retail orders within the United States ship free of charge. Orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days, depending on destination.

To ensure safe and timely delivery, orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or similar trusted carriers. Larger or multi-item orders may arrive in more than one package.

Trade and wholesale orders are shipped using the most suitable carrier based on order size and destination.

We ship to all U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination.

Please note that duties, taxes, and any applicable customs or brokerage fees are not included at checkout and are assessed by the local carrier upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Fulfillment & Packaging

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouses to help ensure efficient delivery and minimize environmental impact. As a result, items within the same order may ship separately. Each piece is carefully packed to protect handcrafted materials and finishes during transit.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Commitment

We want you to love your GAURI KOHLI purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed.

Order Changes

To ensure prompt processing and careful handling, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns within the United States, we provide a prepaid return shipping label to make the process as seamless as possible. This service is offered as part of our commitment to a considered and premium customer experience.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer at this time.

We recommend securely packaging your return to ensure it reaches us safely, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
