THE MATERIALS
Every object begins with the material.
Marble, onyx, travertine. Brass and stainless steel. Acacia. Wool, cotton, mother of pearl.
Natural stone varies — in vein, tone, and figure. We don't correct it. The variation is the design, and a surface reads differently in morning light than it does at dusk. We'll supply the detail you need to set expectations with your client before an order is placed.
