Oslo Twisted Gold Salad Servers

Polished stainless steel in a warm champagne gold, drawn into salad servers — a deep round spoon and a notched fork, each head pressed to a continuous mirror polish with a raised rim defining its edge. The handles spiral in a faceted column, narrowing to a flat terminal that lets each piece stand on end.

The raised rim keeps dressing on the spoon rather than back in the bowl, and the faceted grip holds in an oiled hand. Spoon and fork are not a matched pair — one is deep and closed, the other notched and open, so each does half the job rather than both doing the same one badly.

Polished stainless steel with a gold finish stays sound with gentle hand washing — prolonged water exposure and abrasive contact are the two things most likely to dull the mirror polish or compromise the gold finish over time.

• Dry immediately after washing to prevent water spotting on the polished surface
• Avoid abrasive cloths, steel wool, or harsh detergents that can scratch or dull the finish
• Do not soak — prolonged exposure to water may affect the gold finish
• Store separately or wrapped to protect the polished surface from contact scratches
• Buff occasionally with a soft dry cloth to maintain the mirror surface
