Shipping policy

Standard shipping is complimentary on every order within the contiguous United States. Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse.

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days and delivered within a further 4–7 business days. These are estimates: holidays, carrier delays and weather can extend them.

We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO, FPO and DPO addresses.

Tracking and Split Shipments

Tracking is sent by email when your order ships. Orders with several objects may arrive in more than one shipment, so that each piece can be packed for its own material and weight.

Packaging

Stone, metal, wood and textile each travel differently, and each object is packed for its material. Keep the packaging until you have inspected the order; it is also what an eligible return goes back in.

International Delivery

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

Wholesale and Trade Orders

Trade orders ship by the carrier suited to the consignment: FedEx, USPS or freight.
