Welcome to gaurikohli.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase of products (“Goods”) from GAURI KOHLI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

“Customer”, “you”, or “user”: Any person accessing the Site or purchasing Goods.
“Goods”: Any products offered for sale on the Site.
“Order”: Your request to purchase Goods submitted through the Site.
“Site”: gaurikohli.com and its subpages.
“Price”: The cost of the Goods including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

2. Contract Formation

Your Order is an offer to purchase Goods under these Terms. We may accept or reject any Order.
The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your Order.
Errors in pricing or description: If we discover an error, we may cancel your Order and refund any amounts paid.

3. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Prices may or may not include state sales tax depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout.
Payment must be made in full through accepted payment methods before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days and delivered within a further 4–7 business days. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of Goods transfers only after full payment is received.
Please inspect Goods upon receipt. Any damage, defect or incorrect item must be reported to care@gaurikohli.com within 7 days of delivery.

5. Cancellation & Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged Goods in their original packaging, with all tags and barcodes intact. For eligible returns, GAURI KOHLI provides a complimentary prepaid return label. Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Orders enter fulfillment shortly after they are placed. To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment, and an order that has shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on gaurikohli.com (logos, images, text, product designs, software, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to GAURI KOHLI LLC and protected under United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) except where prohibited by law.
Our liability for any claim related to Goods is limited to the purchase price paid.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics, or government regulations.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is collected in line with applicable federal and state privacy laws.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts of the State of Delaware.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last Updated” date reflects the effective date. Continued use of the Site or purchases after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability & Waiver

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid. Our failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
