Oslo Twisted Gold Cheese Knives

A broad flat spreader, a tapered leaf blade, and a two-tine fork — each finished to the same high mirror polish, the gold consistent from handle to tip. The blades are smooth and fully polished; the handles spiral in a faceted column shared across all three pieces, each terminating in a flat square base.

Drawn across a soft cheese before guests arrive, the spreader moves cleanly and comes away without dragging. The fork lifts a wedge onto a board. The leaf blade slides beneath it. Used together, the three read as a set — the same handle repeated, the same gold catching the light from different angles.

Polished stainless steel with a gold finish stays in best condition with gentle hand washing — abrasive contact and prolonged water exposure are the two things most likely to dull the mirror surface or affect the gold tone over time.

• Dry immediately after washing to prevent water spotting on the polished blades
• Avoid abrasive cloths, steel wool, or harsh cleaning agents that can scratch or dull the finish
• Do not soak — prolonged exposure to water may affect the gold finish
• Store separately or wrapped to protect the polished blades from contact scratches
• Polish occasionally with a soft dry cloth to maintain the mirror surface
