Orange onyx, carved into a low block bowl and polished on every face — so the amber and white veining reads continuously from the flat sides into the hollow. The interior is swept out in broad curving planes that meet at the base. The transition from flat top to interior wall is sharp and precise, with no rounding at the edge.

The hollow is swept out rather than drilled, and the polish carries over the rim into it — the veining does not stop at the lip. Orange onyx is the warmest stone in the range, and against the flat top the amber lines read almost like grain.

Orange onyx is a polished stone that takes its deepest color from within — acids and oils are the two things most likely to cloud the surface and work into the finish over time. Keep the exterior and interior both dry between uses and away from anything citrus-based or oil-bearing.

• Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after use — do not leave moisture sitting on the surface
• Keep away from citrus, oils, and acidic substances — these will cloud the polish and work into the stone
• Do not use abrasive cloths or harsh chemical cleaners on any surface
• Apply a food-safe stone sealer every 6–12 months to protect the finish
• Do not submerge in water — onyx is porous and will absorb moisture if left standing in liquid
