Magnolia Gold Cocktail Stirrers

Stainless steel and cast brass in a matte gold finish, drawn into six cocktail stirrers — each a long handle segmented in a bamboo joint pattern, opening to a shallow bowl at one end. At the other end every stirrer closes on a different cast finial: a pagoda, a fish, a folding fan, a seated figure, a latticed form, an orb.

Six different finials means six people can put a drink down and pick the right one back up, which is the whole reason they differ. The bamboo joints give the fingers purchase where a smooth stem would slip. Matte gold reads warm under low light rather than throwing it back.

The matte gold finish on these stainless steel and brass stirrers stays truest when hand washed — prolonged water exposure and abrasive contact are the two things most likely to wear the finish unevenly over time.

• Hand wash with warm water and mild soap; dry immediately and completely with a soft cloth
• Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool — these will scratch the matte surface
• Do not soak or leave standing in liquid
• Not recommended for dishwasher use
• Avoid contact with citrus juice, salt, and acidic mixers where possible — rinse promptly if contact occurs
• Store in a dry setting; a lined drawer or soft pouch will protect the finish between uses
