Four letters, each tufted in a different colour against a cream ground — L in sage green, O in terracotta, V in yellow, E in steel blue. The letters are large-scale, with thick strokes and flared terminals, each one sitting raised in relief. A multicolour striped border runs the full perimeter in peach, yellow, and blue-grey, narrow and precise against the cream.

Cotton bath mats with multicolour tufting hold their colour best when washed cold — warm or hot water affects the tone of each colour differently over time, and the contrast between the letterforms and the cream ground can soften with repeated heat exposure.

• Tumble dry low or air dry to maintain pile depth and colour
• Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that may affect yarn colour and fibre quality
• Shake or vacuum occasionally to maintain the mat's surface
• Do not iron directly on the tufted surface
• Wash separately for the first wash to preserve colour integrity
