Jodhpur Wood Inlay Tray

Wood with resin inlay, made up as a wide, flat tray with a raised border running the full perimeter unbroken. A botanical vine covers the entire surface, moving continuously across the base and up the inner walls — each piece cut and set against a darker wood ground, ivory against warm brown.

The vine runs unbroken from the base up the inner walls, so the tray still shows something when it is full — most trays disappear under what they carry. Ivory against warm brown is a soft contrast at a distance and a precise one up close, where every piece of inlay has its own cut edge.

Wood inlay stays sound when kept dry and away from direct heat — moisture and prolonged sun exposure are the two things most likely to warp the base or lift the inlay over time.

• Do not use abrasive, acidic, or chemical-based cleaners — these will damage the inlay surface and wood ground
• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can affect wood tone and cause fading over time
• Keep away from moisture and high humidity — sustained exposure can loosen inlay pieces or warp the base
• Do not place wet objects directly on the surface — use coasters or liners
• Do not submerge in water or wipe with damp cloths
• Keep away from direct heat sources such as radiators or heating vents
