Imperial Salad Servers

A cast bow sits at the junction of head and handle on each piece — hand-formed, with open loops and a knotted center. The handle twists in a rope form below it. The serving heads are brushed gold: a spoon bowl and a four-tine fork, the satin finish consistent across both.

A Sunday lunch, the salad already in the center of the table when the first guests sit down around it. The servers go in with it — lifted, passed, set back at the rim between each round. The bow catches the eye briefly each time, then the meal moves on.

Brushed gold stainless steel holds its finish when kept away from harsh cleaners and abrasives — the satin surface will show fine scratches over time if scoured, and the cast bow is best handled with care to preserve the detail.
