Imperial Salad Servers

Brushed gold stainless steel, formed into salad servers with a cast bow at the junction of head and handle on each piece — hand-formed, open loops around a knotted center. Below it the handle twists in a rope form. The heads are a spoon bowl and a four-tine fork, the satin finish consistent across both.

Light for their size, so they lift a full serving without the wrist working — gold stainless rather than solid brass. The bow marks where the head ends and the grip begins, findable without looking. Passed around a table, the satin finish takes fingerprints and loses them again with a cloth.

Brushed gold stainless steel holds its finish when kept away from harsh cleaners and abrasives — the satin surface will show fine scratches over time if scoured, and the cast bow wants careful handling to preserve the detail.
