Helsinki Salad Servers

Braided rattan over steel, tapering from a generous weave at the base to a narrow collar where the matte gold begins — a pair of salad servers whose two heads complete the set: one full round bowl, one crescent fork. Both sit at an angle that keeps them level when they rest across a bowl rim.

The braid gives a dry grip when fingers are oiled from dressing. Rattan is the only woven material in the serving range and it changes the register — matte, dry and irregular against the flat gold, so the handle reads as the warmer half of the piece. The weave tightens toward the collar.

Braided rattan and matte gold stainless steel both require gentle care — rattan absorbs moisture readily, and prolonged water exposure can loosen the weave or affect the gold finish over time.

• Do not submerge or soak — moisture exposure can loosen rattan weave and affect the gold finish
• Do not place in dishwasher
• Avoid abrasive cleaners on blades or rattan surfaces
• Store flat to protect the rattan wrap from impact
