Derby Carved Cheese Knives

The handles are carved resin — ivory, with a repeating pierced botanical motif running the full length of each grip. Leaf and petal forms open the surface at intervals, each marked by a small circular steel accent. Three stainless blades, shaped to task: a leaf blade for soft cheese, a serrated knife with forked tip, a wide square blade for slicing.

A cheese board set out before the guests arrive — the knives laid alongside, ivory handles resting against the wood. The pierced carving catches the light differently at each angle, the detail more intricate the closer the look. The matte-polished steel sits quiet beside it.

Carved resin handles stay in best condition when washed by hand — prolonged water exposure and heat from a dishwasher can affect both the resin surface and the bond between blade and handle over time.

• Do not place in a dishwasher — heat and prolonged moisture affect both the resin handles and the blade integrity
• Avoid abrasive cloths or harsh cleaning agents on the carved resin surface
• Store in a dry setting to maintain both blade and handle condition
