Copenhagen Ice Bucket

Blush pink resin over double-wall steel, formed into a wide-mouthed ice bucket — the marbled white moving through the pink in broad formations. A jade green ball sits at each side where the resin curves, and a third at the crown of the brushed gold lid. The same jade at every point the hand meets.

The double wall is why ice lasts an evening while the outside stays dry enough to lift bare-handed — no ring of water left behind on a counter. The three jade balls mark where to hold it. Tongs stow under the lid, so nothing needs finding when the first drink is poured.

The blush pink resin exterior holds its marbled character when kept away from direct heat and impact — on a piece this size, prolonged sun exposure and hard knocks are the primary risks to the surface over time.

• Wash the resin exterior with mild soap and warm water; dry immediately
• Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on any surface
• Do not leave in direct sunlight for extended periods
• Handle the jade resin balls with care — do not drop on hard surfaces
• Wipe the brushed gold lid dry after each use to maintain the finish
