Bonita Marbled Bowl

Wide and low, with a generous dished interior and a rounded, continuous rim that sits flush with the outer wall. Cast from marbled resin — amber, deep brown, and ivory moving through each other in slow, unbroken sweeps across the base and up through the rim. The matte-polished surface draws depth from the material, light pulling through where the amber thins toward ivory.

On a coffee table set for the evening — the bowl resting on the surface, the amber deepening toward the centre, the dark brown concentrating at the rim. The light moves across the room and the pattern in the resin shifts with it, never reading the same way twice.

Marbled resin holds its matte-polished surface and depth of tone when kept away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight — both affect the clarity of the finish over time.
