Bobby Marble Cake Stand

White marble, honed to a matte finish and cut as a cake stand — the platform wide, sized for confident reach across a full cake, with a scalloped rim running the full perimeter, each rounded lobe following the next at an even depth. The base is a fluted pedestal whose vertical ridges echo the petal edge above.

The scalloped rim and the fluted pedestal are the same idea at two scales — lobes above, ridges below — so the stand reads as one carved form rather than a plate on a post. Marble holds cold, so a buttercream stays firm on it through a long dessert course. Raised, the cake becomes the object on the table.

White marble stays sound when kept dry and wiped down promptly after use — moisture left on the surface, and acidic foods or liquids left in contact, are the two things most likely to mark or etch the stone.

• Dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent moisture absorption or staining
• Avoid acidic or abrasive cleaners, which will etch and dull the marble surface
• Do not soak or submerge the stand in water

• Store in a dry environment away from prolonged humidity
